Shipping policy

At CopperTown, our goal is to provide fast and affordable shipping, regardless of your location. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers worldwide, ensuring that we maintain the highest levels of responsiveness at all times.

Shipping is FREE for orders of at least $75 (USD). Tracking Numbers will be made available for all purchases.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: All orders undergo verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging. Once an order is placed, it is sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours. The manufacturer then processes the orders, which takes an additional 2 to 4 days.

• Shipping time: The time required for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Orders within the United States are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) from Michigan. Once processed and dispatched from the warehouse, items typically arrive at their destination within 3 to 5 days, though there may be occasional delays. For international shipments, delivery usually takes about 9 to 12 business days.
