FAQs

★ Negative side effects of magnets?

Magnetic therapy is very safe. The World Health Organization (WHO) has confirm that static magnetic fields pose no health risks at all. No complications have ever been reported with its proper use.

★Does wearing copper turn your skin green?

There is no definite answer. From our experience, the bracelets do not turn skin green, although a few customers have reported it has. I wear mine everyday, even in the shower sometimes when I forget, and it does not turn my skin green. There is a 60-Day-Money-Back-Guarantee on our bracelets. The trick is to take the jewelry off during situations when increased body perspiration is anticipated. It should be noted that if you are keeping relatively good care of your jewelry, and your skin is turning green, it could be an indication that the pH levels in your body are too acidic, which could be signs of more serious issues going on inside your body.

★How do I determine my bracelet size?

Step 1: Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone, where one would normally wear a bracelet, with a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper.
Step 2: If you are using a plain strip of paper, then measure that paper strip with a ruler to determine your wrist size.
Step 3: Add 1/4 inch to 1 inch (average is 1/2 inch) to your wrist size, depending on whether you would like a snug, comfort, or loose fit. This is the ideal bracelet length for you.

★How should a bracelet fit?

A great bracelet fits loosely so it moves a little, but not loose enough to slide off the hand.

Link: You should be able to slide one or two fingers between the chain and the wrist; fortunately, most link bracelets are adjustable in length.
Bangle: A bangle band can fit closely or loosely on the wrist; it shouldn’t slide over the heel of the hand too easily.
Cuff: A cuff bracelet, which is a bangle that isn’t closed, is meant to fit tightly on the wrist or the forearm; adjust the cuff so it doesn’t pinch.

★How do I remove or add links to my bracelet?

Links can be added or removed using the link removal tool kit. These are included or offered with most of our bracelets, and can also be purchased individually for $2.47.
